Porsche Spied Testing Lightly Facelifted Boxster

You could say that Porsche is being cheeky and playing games of the "Can you spot the differences?" kind with their prototype Boxster facelift that was nabbed by our spy shooters on public roads.

Open up the scoop shots in a new window and you'll see that the tester is wearing Porsche's beloved fake prints over the headlamps and what appear to be, repositioned LED daytime running lights on the front bumper, which itself, may be sporting some subtle changes.

We can't see anything else, but since this is Porsche we're talking about, the Germans may have re-sculpted the entire body and nobody would notice.

In a recent interview, Porsche boss Matthias Müller made it clear that the brand's upcoming four-cylinder turbocharged boxer engines would appear on the next generations of the Boxster and Cayman, so for now, we're not expecting any ground-breaking changes for the facelifted model's powertrain lineup
